Local NGO empowers over 800 orphans

 

KAMPALA- A Makerere based Non-Governmental organization, Juna Amagara Ministries continues to empower over 800 orphans with scholastic materials including education and giving courage to several disadvantaged others who had lost hope

The organization’s director Mr Godfrey Dutki on Saturday 23 September at their Makerere hill Rd based offices reveled that the organisations will continue to take up and motivate a number of the proved to be orphan and deprived children.

New Mulago specialized women hospital charges scare patients

 

KAMPALA – The Minister of Health, Dr Ruth Jane Aceng, has said patients seeking treatment at the new Mulago Specialized Women and Neonatal Hospital will pay Shs50,000 as doctor’s consultation fees while those seeking in-vitro fertilization (IVF) will pay Shs13 million.

MDD STUDENTS PERFORM WITH LIVE BAND

 

Students of Music, Dance and Drama on Thursday performed to live band during their famous Thursday Jam Session.

Thursday Jam Session happens every Thursday of the week at the School of Performing Arts quadrangle. During this session, MDD students do practical performances in singing, playing instruments and stage acting.
