Shortly after Farouk Miya’s ending of a 39-year wait for Uganda to Africa Cup Of Nations (Afcon), city tycoon and socialite, Sulaiman Kabangala, aka SK Mbuga, has promised to reward each Cranes player with Shs 1m.

Flanked by his friends, Mbuga confirmed the pledge during an 18-minute live video he posted on his official facebook page.

“Confirmed 1m per player. Uganda Cranes oyee,” he said.

It remains to be seen when the tycoon will fulfil his promise.

With Uganda Cranes set to play against Comoros at Mandela National Stadium on Sunday, coach Milutin Sledojevic a.k.a Micho has said that the team's current good performace will earn them the three points.

Micho, who was speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, also hailed Dennis Onyango's, maintained better performance, saying "he has has been a shock absorber for the Cranes to earn points from different teams  in the group".
