The ICT minister Frank Tumwebaze yesterday said the trial provision of free wireless internet for Kampala and Entebbe people will start today October 1.
While addressing journalists at Uganda media centre, Tumwebaze added that the wireless internet will only be accessible between 6pm and 6am during week days, and from 3pm to 6am during weekend.
