Vipers SC forward Milton karisa has completed a move to Moroccan side Mouloudia Club Oujda.

The 23 year old is believed to have signed a two year deal with the Oujda based club that plays in the top-tier of Moroccan football.

Speaking after completing the move, Karisa was adamant that it has always been his dream to sign for Mouloudia.

The lead Pastor of The House of Prayer Ministries, Pastor Aloysius Bujingo issued a statement that applauded the job done by the security agencies to beat legislators Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine, Francis Zzaake and others in the Arua campaigns.
