Nansubuga Emily and Bernard Ogwang lit up the atmosphere at Africa hall with a magnificent wedding reception.

At around 11am the previous day, the decorations that were beautifully laid out had been put in place in the residence dining hall which left the ladies and the various on lookers stunned and anxious for the ceremony.

The guests started making their arrivals at 3pm and by 5pm, the hall was filled with so many people and others lacking seats. Mr and Mrs. Ogwang made their way into the reception hall at 5:30pm and were welcomed with smiles and ululations.

The beautiful couple together with their entourage attracted attention as students left their commitments to come and take a glimpse.

The deejay summed up the magnificence of the wedding with the best songs that left the passers-by nodding their heads and slowly moving to the groove. “This wedding looks so beautiful. The decoration, the entourage and everything is just splendid. I cannot wait for my own,” remarked the interior minister of Africa hall, Tumaine Leena.

The ceremony started immediately after the arrival of the bridal team and the master of ceremonies had it at its best with the program and really entertained the guests and the crowds that were listening from outside. Emily is a former student of Makerere University and holds a Bachelor of Statistics. She is a Sunday school teacher at full gospel church, where she met her loving husband Bernard who deals in construction work. The two were blessed into one at life church after which they headed for a photo shoot at Sheraton gardens then hosted their guests at Makerere University at Africa hall.

The newlyweds entertained their guests with food, drinks and plenty of memorable moments as the smart phones were busy taking as many pictures as they could. The students around the hall were also invited to make themselves merry with the food and some drinks as there was excess. This pleased them so much since students love to get away with food always.

A bridesmaid by names of Naluga Mercy praised God for the miracle of her Sunday school teacher and wished them happiness. “They were so smart and made everyone happy because they were cheerful,” she added. Our sources also got in touch with the aunt of the bride at meal time, mama Nanteza Prosy, who expressed her joy towards the blessing of marriage unto her niece and advised that the couple should be patient with each other, have open communication and above all turn to God for he has the best solutions.
