The recent renovation of the Arts building has changed the look of some of the rooms therein. On entering Arts Lecture Room 6, one can see a new nice ceiling and a good learning environment.

Before the renovation, LR6 was occupied with damaged disorganized furniture, a damaged open ceiling with falling debris, and a destructive noise generated by the constructors.

Prof. Edward Kirumira, the Principal of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences said that he is pleased with the work done by the constructors.

"The constructors are doing their work and I am pleased with what has been done. The renovations will have to end before the examinations of this semester begins," he said.

Mutaawe Danbosco, a second year student of Bachelor of Journalism and Communication said that LR6 is now convenient for studies.

Ndagire Monica, a third year Bachelor of Education student said that the room looks good and the furniture inside is organized, which enables her and other students to concentrate when having lectures and their personal discussions.

Most of this semester was spent in renovation work in the building, that included replacing tiles and painting.
