A Woman has sued the Special Forces Command (SFC) boss, Gen Muhoozi Keinerugaba, who is also a son to Museveni, over the disappearance of her husband.

Margaret Nabagesera told high court's justice Yasin Nyanzi that SFC arrested her soldier-husband, Achilles Mukalazi, after he tried to abandon his army job for greener pasture with the United Nations (UN).

Nabagesera, through her advocates, Rwakafuuzi and company, further told court that her husband's trouble came in after UN advertised a vacancy for an air operation officer.

She adds that after picking interest in the job, Mukalazi consulted his colleagues who gave him a go-ahead.

However, after Mukalazi applied for the job and sitting for the interviews on March 23, he was immediately arrested and detained for "using a wrong procedure of to apply for the job"

"He was asked to write a statement to that to effect and after writing it, he was taken to the SFC, Kasenyi and regained and that is where he is now," Nabagesera said.

Surprisingly, the SFC officials have denied the allegations, saying Mukalazi was arrested over "gross professional misconduct". They added that he will be produced in court when time comes.
