Coach Desabre: It is important To Get Three Points Off Taifa Stars At Nambole

As a fans, stakeholders and well-wishers of football in Uganda, majority of us are looking forward to the match between Uganda Cranes and Taifa Stars of Tanzania on 8th September 2018 at Mandela National Stadium, Nambole.

Uganda Cranes has officially kicked off training ahead of Total 2019 AFCON qualifier match against Tanzania. 

Head coach Sebastian Desabre, his assistant Matthias Lule, goalkeeping coach Fred Kajoba and fitness traniner Gerome D’ Antonio were in attendance taking the players through drills.

Uganda Cranes striker, Emmanuel Okwi told journalism@mak that “We have started our preparation for our next game against Tanzania. All my teammates are responding well and believe we shall put up a good performance. It is a challenge to play against opponents who understand your style but we are going to fight and make sure we get three points at Nambole".

Uganda Cranes' coach Sebastien Desabre also says that getting three points from Tanzania is what he is planning for and working hard to achieve with his players.

Uganda Cranes are leading 2019 AFCON qualifier Group L with three points from the only game played so far in the campaign away in Cape Verde.
