Big Eye Calls off His Concert

Musician Ibrahim Mayanja alias Big Eye has cancelled his musical concert which was scheduled for 8th December, 2018 at Muteesa II Royal Stadium, WankulukukuEarlier this year, the musician announced that he will hold a musical show to launch his new song Podium.

However, the Tusasanya singer on Wednesday sent a letter to the management of Muteesa II Royal Stadium, Wankulukuku informing them about the withdrawal of the intentions to use the stadium.

According to a letter posted on his twitter handle, Big Eye informed the management that due to unavoidable circumstances, he has postponed his concert. And he regretted all the inconveniences caused.

He also confirmed this on his Facebook page that his management reached the decision. “I am sorry to all my fans who have been ready for this date and to everyone who has been pushing this show, but I promise to you the best,” he posted.

Big Eye had a successful concert in 2016 which took place at Hotel Lagrand, Bwaise when he launched his song Tusasanya.

However, since then he has been struggling to make a come back and revive his musical career.

The former Leone Island musician also parted ways with his wife, city social lite Don Zella which brought him more trouble, since the American-based Ugandan was allegeldy investing in the singer.

His fans however blame the artist for relaxing in music and joining the podium. Kourouma Billo, a second year Bachelor of Journalism and Communication student at Makerere University says Big Eye will discover himself slowly.
