Gospel artiste Levixone has successfully held his concert at the Lugogo cricket oval. His fans came in big numbers to support him in the ‘Turn the Replay' concert.

In attendance were gospel artistes from all over Africa like Abel Chugu from Zambia, DJ Mo, Mr Seed, Hope Kid and Bahati all from Kenya. These all performed, leaving the crowd yearning for more. Ugandan gospel artistes did not miss out, including Exodus, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, among others.

At exactly 10:00pm, the long-awaited gospel artiste Levixone hit the stage and left the crowd jumping. He thanked the crowd for supporting him and coming for his concert. He then performed most of his hit songs like noonya omu Oyo, show me your love, samanya and the gospel song of the year, Turn the replay which moved his fans.

Some secular musicians also performed in this concert like Maurice Kirya, Ray Signature, Eddy Kenzo.

Namawejje Annet, a resident of Ntinda and one of the fans said, “this has been my best gospel concert so far. Levixone gave a wonderful performance at the show. He is actually my best gospel musician this year,” she said.

Maurice Malobo, a resident of Banda also said, “…the concert was a blast. I liked the performance of all the musicians on stage. They all performed with a lot of energy getting the crowd on their feet. This has been Levixone's year. He has won himself awards and has made hit songs.”

This has been a good year for Levixone as he won the best male gospel artiste of the year in East and West Africa. This was at the recently concluded 2018 Sauti awards held in Atlanta USA.
