THE FOLLOWING HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMME ON PRIVATE SCHEME BACHELOR OF JOURNALISM AND COMMUNICATION COURSE (DAY)

At least 39 students have been admitted to Makerere University Department of Journalism and communication on district quota sponsorship scheme.

The list includes 29 girls and ten boys selected from various regions including the newly created districts.

Many youths now have mobile phones that they carry with them everywhere. Many Lecturers claim that phones are distracting while students insist that phones are necessary.
